3. Custom Orders

Customized products are made according to the details provided by the customer. Once a custom order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible after production has begun.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable shipping charges and taxes, if any, will be shown during checkout.

5. Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

As our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.
