Return and Refund  Policy

At Scented Sonnets, we aim to provide high-quality handcrafted candles.

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products,we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective item,please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
 

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• Proof of damage must be provided within 48 hours
• The original packaging must be retained

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
• Normal wear or minor variations in handmade products
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.
